Rederi AB Ressel is responsible for the bicycle ferry Dessi between Kalmar and Färjestaden. This service is offered all days of the week during the summer season, with many departures. It docks at Färjestaden marina: ressel.se/ms-dessi/
Kalmar Länstrafik (KLT) maintains a regular bus service on Öland and in Kalmar. Most of their buses can carry two bicycles. For timetables and more information, see www.klt.se
